Content Use Rules
Version 1.0-draft
1. Scope and responsibility
These Rules form part of the Terms and apply to prompts, uploads, reference material, generated content, account information, and activity through the service. You are responsible for lawful use and for reviewing an output before publishing, sharing, or commercialising it.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload, generate, share, or request child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation or fraud, threats, exploitation, terrorism, instructions for serious wrongdoing, malware, hate or incitement, or content that unlawfully infringes privacy, personal data, copyright, trademarks, likeness, or other rights. Do not create deceptive deepfakes, false evidence, or counterfeit official documents.
3. Likeness and Face Swap
Use a real person’s image, voice, or likeness only with valid permission covering editing, generation, storage, and intended publication. Never use a minor’s likeness for sexualised content, or use Face Swap for coercion, fraud, impersonation, or unauthorised endorsement. Keep evidence of permission.
4. AI output and labels
Do not present AI output as a real photograph, a person’s statement, official information, or professional advice. We may add AI or synthetic-content labels, provenance information, or other markers where technically feasible, and you may not remove or bypass them.
5. Review and enforcement
We may refuse generation, restrict access, label or remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve necessary audit records, or report conduct when required for safety or law compliance. No automated or human safeguard catches every violation.
6. Complaints and updates
If you believe an action is incorrect, submit the task identifier, relevant content or URL, facts, and permission evidence through the in-service support entry. We may update these Rules for legal, provider, risk, or product changes; a new version may require renewed acceptance.
This is the current default policy text. The version shown here is the version recorded when you accept the policy bundle during registration, sign-in, or continued use.
Privacy requests, complaints, and policy questions can be submitted through the in-service account or support entry.
