Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

By registering, signing in, or continuing to use Oddsn, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Content Use Rules. They apply to the website, application, API, image and video generation, Face Swap, and related features.

2. Eligibility and account

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Do not sell, share, transfer, or use an account to bypass regional, security, rate, payment, moderation, or age controls. Adult capabilities marked nsfw=true require a valid confirmation that you are at least 18; that confirmation is not identity or document verification.

3. Generation and output

Models, parameters, regions, credit costs, and output formats may change and may use third-party providers. AI output can be inaccurate, non-unique, similar to other work, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review facts, rights, permissions, and regulatory risks before publishing, commercialising, or relying on an output.

4. Your inputs and licence

You must own or have permission to process prompts, images, videos, audio, likenesses, and other inputs. You grant Oddsn a limited, non-exclusive licence to process inputs and outputs as needed to operate, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, comply with law, and improve the service. This licence does not transfer your rights in original inputs.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, violence, exploitation, malware, money laundering, sanctions evasion, privacy or intellectual-property infringement, child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes, or professional decisions that require qualified advice.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may use automated rules, models, and human review to refuse generation, label or remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve safety records, and cooperate with lawful requests. A successful generation does not verify your rights, facts, or permissions.

7. Payments and third parties

Prices, taxes, credits, subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the checkout page and order snapshot. Provider terms may also apply. Unused credits are not cash and are not transferable unless required by law or expressly stated.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular result. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Updates, termination, and law

We may update these Terms for security, legal, provider, or product changes; material changes are shown in the service and may require renewed acceptance. You may stop using the service or request account closure through in-service controls. Disputes are subject to applicable mandatory law and the law applicable at the service location, without limiting local consumer or data-protection rights.
